The objective of the TOT course is to qualify participants scientifically and technically and provide them with the practical experience necessary to work as professional trainers in their fields of work.
This training program addresses the psychological barriers that a trainer faces at the beginning of his work and how they can be overcome. The program also reviews more than one model of scientific training, such as (Kolb’s model - McCarthy’s model - Representative systems model - Herrmann’s model).
This program is distinguished by its use of methods that help professional lecturers and trainers in implementing training. Training objectives: Providing participants with practical and applied experience to work as professional trainers.

Training topics to be studied
The first axis: Modern training sciences, the functional concept of training, training methodology in the third millennium, adult education strategies, identifying 5 important schools in the world of training, basic concepts of training, the training cycle and its components, the foundations of effective training, the role of training in developing institutions.
The second axis: Creating a distinguished trainer. Communication skills inside the hall. Presentation and delivery skills. Creating an influential charisma. Psychological barriers and overcoming them. The skill of diversifying training methods. The skill of managing group training activities. The skill of managing the training day to the minute.
The third axis: Designing the training process, analyzing training needs, formulating training objectives according to the need, preparing and equipping the scientific material, choosing and diversifying the most appropriate training methods, using training aids and tools.
Fourth axis: Analyzing trainee patterns, skill of activating and engaging trainees, managing critical situations in training, personal observation and evaluation of trainees.
Fifth axis: Training using electronic methods (training on online training methods and techniques)
